Refund & Cancellation Policy
At TACE Training Academy, we value your time and commitment, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our policies.
Booking & Payments
- Full payment is required before a student can begin their training.
- Spaces are limited and cannot be held without a deposit
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- You may reschedule your course once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made within 48 hours of the course start time are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
- If you fail to attend without notice (no-show), your payment will be forfeited and no refund or transfer will be offered.
Refunds on Physical Products
We hope you love your TACE Training Academy products, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
- We do not offer refunds on products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in sellable condition for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll gladly offer an exchange or replacement free of charge.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
- We recommend using tracked shipping — we cannot refund items that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
